The Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support our paid acquisition efforts and grow alongside the brand. This role is ideal for someone early in their performance marketing career who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn hands‑on in an in‑house environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of E‑Commerce and external partners (when applicable) to help manage campaigns, track performance, and assist with testing and optimization across channels. What You’ll Do Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Assist with day‑to‑day campaign management including budgets, audiences, and creative swaps Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate Help maintain creative and audience testing logs and performance trackers Support reporting by pulling data and summarizing results and learnings Assist with tracking, attribution checks, and QA to ensure data accuracy Collaborate with creative and e‑commerce teams to support launches and promotions Stay curious and up to date on performance marketing trends and platform updates You’re a Great Fit If You Have 2–5 years of experience or internships in digital or performance marketing Are analytical and enjoy working with numbers and data Are detail‑oriented and organized (you notice when something looks “off”) Are eager to learn and open to feedback and mentorship Communicate clearly and ask thoughtful questions Are excited to work in‑house and grow with a small, fast‑moving team Nice to Have Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (even at a basic level) Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, and Klaviyo Experience supporting e‑commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands Basic understanding of paid media metrics and testing concepts What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth and career development Paid time off Employee discount on Avigail Adam products A collaborative, creative, and supportive in‑house team Hands‑on learning in a real e‑commerce environment Sound like you?
