Job Description Intermountain Health is searching for a top-tier Healthcare Executive Recruiter (HR Executive Talent Acquisition Manager) to help senior leaders thrive. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor, managing the full-cycle recruitment of executive talent who share our mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible. Responsibilities Leadership Pipeline Development & Talent Mapping: developing proactive internal and external leadership pipelines for critical roles. Executive Selection Excellence: improving the quality and consistency of leadership decisions. Leader Success Through Partnership: supporting successful transitions and long-term impact. Succession Readiness & Talent Intelligence: providing insight to strengthen leadership continuity. Talent Sourcing: utilizing innovation and effective sourcing techniques, including networking, direct sourcing, and headhunting, to identify potential executive candidates. Candidate Assessment: conducting thorough assessments of candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews and evaluations. Client Management: building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture to deliver customized recruiting solutions. Market Research: staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic advice on talent acquisition. Negotiation: skillfully negotiating offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms with candidates and clients. Compliance: ensuring all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational policies and guidelines. Cross‑functional work with Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Diversity and Inclusion teams to assist in achieving organizational goals. Skills Talent Acquisition / Human Resources (HR) Talent Management Leadership Strategic Thinking Detail‑oriented Relationship Management Proactive Approach Contract Management and Negotiation Problem Solving Interpersonal Communication Emotional Intelligence Required Qualifications Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition/Executive Recruitment, and/or Staffing. Experience in a role requiring intermediate to advanced knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits relevant to talent acquisition and candidate tracking, or continuous improvement. Ability to lead and work independently with all levels of employees, management, and executive leadership. Experience in a role requiring effective project management skills, a high degree of accuracy, and sound decision making with limited supervision. Exceptional customer service skills with a white‑glove recruitment touch. “Get to yes” mindset. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of healthcare operations and proven experience with full‑cycle recruitment and/or search firm experience. Prior experience building extensive, high‑level professional networks & pipelines and the ability to form long‑lasting relationships with both executives and candidates. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for dealing directly with C‑suite stakeholders and top talent. Proven ability to build proactive partnerships and drive the business process forward. Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution. Related human resources or talent acquisition certification. Previous experience working with executive and senior leaders. Physical Requirements Ongoing need to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and assess customer needs. Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors requiring verbal communication and hearing quickly and accurately. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy, including frequent computer use for typing and accessing information. May have the same physical requirements as those of clinical or patient care jobs, when the leader takes clinical shifts. For roles requiring driving, expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles. Location Employee Service Center, Peaks Regional Office, Murray, Utah. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Hourly rate: $44.99 - $69.44.
