Competitive Salary & 401K company match that vests immediately upon participation Traditional benefits for full-time hourly – Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term, and Long Term Disability Equity available to full-time employees after 1 year of employment Generous sick leave & PTO policy Up to 10 paid holidays In this Processing role with our Production Team, you will: Prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes Setup workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items Safely utilize a variety of utensils including knives Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines Help keep the production facility clean and organized Follow all safety, GMP, and QSF policies/procedures Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience: Previous experience in kitchen, food prep, or food service related work preferred Knowledge of various food prep methods, proper knife handling, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage preferred Able to stand and work for long periods of time (10 hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs.
