CNC Machinist

Location: Forest Grove, Oregon Compensation: $20 to $32/hr. DOE Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm Who We Are: Our clients manufacturing facility is located on 5 acres in Forest Grove, Oregon, flanked by the coast range on the west and the Cascade Mountains on the east. They began as a supplier of group operator air break disconnects, their product line has evolved to include motor operators, ground switches, surge suppression resistors, unitized phase-over-phase designs, to mention a few. What You'll Do: The CNC Machinist plays a key role in the production process, responsible for machining parts made out of aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and brass by programming in G-code, setting up, and operating two different machines: an old Mazak and a brand-new Flex 22-ft table. This role also involves ensuring quality and safety standards, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing equipment and supply upkeep.
