Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent qualification).
• Active Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB).
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive services.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in assessment, intervention, and mental health supports.
• Preferred: National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility; experience with MTSS, crisis intervention, and urban, multicultural environments; strong leadership and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive school psychology services across K-12 (no early childhood).
• Consult and collaborate with staff and stakeholders on problem-solving and intervention.
• Uphold compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
• Deliver culturally responsive, equitable support for students.
• Typical schedule is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; open to full and part-time in-person or hybrid candidates (no virtual-only).
