Responsibilities Become well‑versed in all Salmon Creek Indoor offerings to provide outstanding customer service. Collaborate with customers to answer questions and problem-solving. Effectively and professionally communicate with customers in person, on the phone, and by email. Assisting with sales of programming and customer memberships. Accurately process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms. Serve food, beverages, and concessions (MAST permit), if you don't have one, we will pay for your training to get this). Must be 21 years old to serve alcohol at the arena. Manage front desk appearance with stocking, facing, and rotation of inventory. Help maintain a clean facility. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives are team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for all customers. They also: Build rapport with all customers and families Multi-task and manage time effectively Know how to have fun on the job! Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
