Operations Analyst

Position Overview As the independent Administrator of the Consolidated Tape Plan, DataCT LLC ensures the unified administration of Tapes A, B, and C, driving transparency and operational excellence across market data reporting. The Operations Analyst plays a key role in monitoring and optimizing performance metrics, tracking KPIs and SLAs across all functional areas, and producing scorecards and trend analyses that inform strategic decisions. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives, enhances process efficiency, and maintains high standards of data quality and instrumentation. By combining analytical rigor with cross‑functional collaboration, the Operational Analyst strengthens DataCT’s operational framework and contributes directly to its mission of reliable, compliant, and efficient market data administration. This role reports to the Head of Operations. Core Responsibilities Track operational KPIs and SLA performance across all functions. Produce operational scorecards and trend analyses. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain operational data quality and instrumentation. Qualifications 2–4 years in operations analytics, BI, or process improvement. Strong Excel and SQL skills. Detail‑oriented with strong written communication. Location Requirement This position requires regular, in‑person physical presence at DataCT's principal offices in New York City. DataCT's core staff, CT Plan stakeholders, SIP Processors, auditors, and principal service providers are concentrated in the New York metropolitan area, and on‑site collaboration is essential to the Administrator function. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary Range - $90,000-100,000 (commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, and market data). Eligible for performance‑based incentives consistent with the role level. Compensation is set in accordance with the DataCT Resourcing Experience and Expertise Classification Framework.
