Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Imperia Counseling, you will undertake a variety of essential functions, including:

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress to ensure the delivery of effective evidence-based interventions.

• Providing essential support to families, empowering them with information, skills, and strategies to promote their child's development.

• Utilizing the coaching model and natural environment teaching approaches to facilitate learning and growth.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations and standards related to social work practices.

• Cultivating strong rapport with children, families, and team members to create a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children, specifically infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will be actively involved in programs designed to assist these young clients in acquiring essential skills across multiple domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. Qualifications\n
