Our teachers are supported by an experienced Leadership Team, established classroom routines, and the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. What You’ll Do As a Primrose Teacher, you will: Create a warm, nurturing, and positive classroom environment. Provide attentive supervision and ensure the health and safety of every child. Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and daily classroom schedule. Build positive relationships with children and families. Communicate professionally with parents and members of the Leadership Team. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Work collaboratively with your teaching team and school leadership. Follow all Primrose, school, and Ohio child care licensing policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For We are looking for teachers who: Genuinely enjoy working with young children. Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Understand the importance of consistency and routine in an early childhood classroom. Communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers. Are willing to learn, grow, and receive coaching. Can maintain active supervision and appropriate classroom ratios. Have previous child care or early childhood education experience — preferred, but not required for all positions. Meet all Ohio child care licensing requirements for employment. Why Primrose?
