To support a collaborative team, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer specializing in IBM Maximo will analyze complex business challenges, design and develop applications on the Maximo platform, and manage integrations with enterprise systems. Key responsibilities Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform throughout the software development lifecycle Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and integration frameworks Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
