Quick Facts: Location: Gettysburg, PA Start Date: 05/26/2026 End Date: 08/25/2026 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (mix of hospital rounds, OR, and clinic; no night or weekend call) Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Licensure: PA or IMLC LOQ, DEA required Experience: Minimum 3 years; new grads considered with clean file Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Perform general urology consultations and procedures, including ureteroscopies Cover hospital daytime call for rounds and consults in addition to clinic duties Manage 40-70 patients daily, no pediatric cases Collaborate with a long-tenured team and support staff including medical assistants, LPN, and practice manager Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient care Conduct surgeries in a 73-bed hospital with dedicated procedure rooms Support staffing needs across multiple weeks per month, including scheduled coverage for specific dates in June to October What You Need: Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand DEA registration At least 3 years of relevant Urology practice experience Strong procedural skills, particularly ureteroscopies Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This reputable Urology practice in Gettysburg features a renovated office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms.
