Located in Grand Rapids, MN Salary: $40,000 - $55,000/year Property ManagerFull-Time | Grand Rapids, MN Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and professional Property Manager to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, and property maintenance coordination for residential properties in the Grand Rapids area. Are you a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping properties running smoothly? This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and residents
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor service
- Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained
- Manage leasing activities, including showings, applications, and move-ins/move-outs
- Maintain accurate tenant records, files, and documentation
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor occupancy levels and assist with marketing available units
- Collect rent payments and assist with basic property accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
- Previous property management, leasing, housing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Valid driver's license
