The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of kitchen management. DOE per hour
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Create and execute menu plans that are innovative, creative, and aligned with company standards
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maximize profitability
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and morale
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for food and commitment to quality
