$90,000 - $100,000

• Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top real estate talent, ensuring our team continues to grow and excel.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with our Market Center's goals and vision.
• Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, nurturing connections that reflect our community values.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent needs, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.
• Coach and mentor agents, empowering them to reach their full potential and achieve their business goals.
• Utilize industry-leading systems and tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Organize and lead networking events that promote our brand and attract high-caliber real estate professionals to our team.

• Experience in recruiting and attracting top real estate talent, with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective agents through effective networking and referrals.
• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring agents to enhance productivity, profitability, and business growth.
• Experience in conducting career consultations and guiding agents through the decision-making process.
• Ability to implement recruiting and growth initiatives that align with strategic goals.
• Strong leadership skills to lead sales meetings, training sessions, and accountability conversations.
• Experience in consulting with top-producing agents to support retention and business development efforts.
