What You'll Do

• Decontaminate surgical instruments including drills, scopes, and DaVinci tools
• Assemble instruments across multiple service lines, including trauma and loaner sets
• Operate sterilization equipment (Sterrad and steam sterilizers)
• Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing
• Manage sterile storage and inventory using Censitrac tracking system
• Collaborate with OR staff as a liaison
• Maintain compliance with hospital sterilization protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA or IAHCSMM)
• Previous experience in sterile processing, ideally in a busy trauma or Level One facility
• Experience with Medivator equipment
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Knowledge of sterilization processes, decontamination, and scope reprocessing

• Experience with Censitrac tracking system
• OR liaison background
