About The Role
\nWe're hiring a Sales Development Representative to build outbound pipeline across Latin America for our enterprise business. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our downtown Denver office.
\nThis is our first SDR seat dedicated to the LATAM market. You'll partner directly with our Account Executives to identify target accounts, run multi-channel outreach in Spanish, and generate qualified meetings with sales leaders across the region.
\n \nCompensation at a glance: $60k base, $85k on-target earnings, uncapped commission, unlimited PTO, and no degree requirement.
\n \nIn This Role, You Can Expect To
\n- \n
- Build and own target account lists against our ideal customer profile across Latin American markets \n
- Run outbound campaigns in Spanish across phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp \n
- Research accounts, industries, and regional business context to write outreach that earns a reply \n
- Hold discovery conversations that uncover real business problems, not just interest \n
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and support a clean handoff \n
- Keep activity, contact, and opportunity data accurate in HubSpot \n
- Partner with sales and marketing on localized messaging, and bring regional market feedback back to the team \n
- Consistently meet and exceed your quarterly meeting target \n
You Are A Good Fit If You

- Have professional fluency in Spanish, written and spoken, and can hold a business conversation with a senior executive in either \n
- Can show that you've generated your own opportunities rather than only working a list handed to you \n
- Have real tolerance for sustained rejection, whether in sales or in any job where you heard no all day and came back the next morning \n
- Are coachable. You'll get direct feedback constantly, and we need you to use it \n
- Are curious about why a buyer has the problem, not just whether they'll take a meeting \n
- Keep your own records straight without being chased \n
You'll Have An Edge If You
\n- \n
- Have professional proficiency in Portuguese \n
- Have prior outbound or cold calling experience in any industry \n
- Have sold to or worked with buyers in Latin American markets \n
- Have sold into IT, data, operations, or other technical buyers \n
- Have used HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or a sales engagement platform \n
- Are comfortable using AI tools to improve research and messaging \n
Compensation & Benefits
\nBase salary: $60,000
\nOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000
\nCommission is uncapped. Hit your number and keep going; there is no ceiling where the earning stops.
\nActual compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant training.
