Role Description\n

The Manager, Seller Success is a remote leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive seller acquisition, onboarding, growth, retention, and reactivation across GunBroker.com. This position leads the Seller Success team while personally engaging with strategic sellers, identifying marketplace opportunities, and building relationships that increase listings, sales activity, and overall marketplace growth.

The Manager will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, Compliance, AI, and Legal teams to improve the seller experience, remove friction points, and drive measurable business results. This role combines sales leadership, strategic account management, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen marketplace supply and seller engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can balance relationship building, marketplace analytics, revenue growth initiatives, and team development while operating in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Five or more years of progressive experience in sales, customer success, strategic account management, marketplace operations, or a related commercial role.
\n
• Three or more years of people leadership experience.
\n
• Demonstrated success building and managing seller acquisition, account growth, customer success, or revenue-generating programs.
\n
• Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or other two-sided platform environments strongly preferred.
\n
• Strong understanding of marketplace economics, seller behavior, customer retention, and revenue growth strategies.
\n
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
\n
• Experience utilizing CRM systems, dashboards, analytics platforms, and productivity tools.
\n
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sales, customer engagement, and workflow automation technologies preferred.
\n
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
\n
• Experience working within regulated industries is a plus; familiarity with the firearms industry and FFL dealer ecosystem is strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
\n

• Ability to travel up to 30% for industry events, seller meetings, and business-related activities.
