Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Chatsworth, CA. This role is ideal for an HR professional with recruiting coordination experience who enjoys working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support full-cycle recruiting activities, interview scheduling, candidate screening, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative Human Resources team where you can continue developing your recruiting and HR operations skills in a stable, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates who are organized, people-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their HR career will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to discuss open positions, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Assist with posting job advertisements and supporting recruiting efforts for available positions.
- Review applicant resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and help identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Support new employee onboarding, training coordination, benefits paperwork, and HR file maintenance.
- Audit time cards for accuracy and update HR records in compliance with company standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $27 to $32 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Chatsworth, CA.
