BPO Project Manager — Flexible Hours & Document Capture

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada is seeking an IIM BPO Project Manager to lead Conversion Services and Document Management Solutions, coordinating with KMBS teams to meet contracts and schedules. You'll supervise project personnel, develop SOPs, estimate workloads, and communicate progress to clients and management. Some travel to client sites in the U.S. is required.
