Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of behavioral and mental health conditions in patients ranging from adolescents (age 12) to geriatric populations eligible for telehealth services.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to monitor patient outcomes effectively and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

• Engage with patients through a two-way audio and visual communication platform, providing psychotherapy interventions that promote healing and recovery.

• Document all services rendered, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, diagnoses, and billing codes within our electronic medical records system to maintain compliance and ensure continuity of care.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical staff, health educators, and community health personnel, to enhance service provision and patient support.

• Facilitate referrals for additional services needed by patients, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic approach to care.

• Adhere to ethical standards and best practices while performing additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
