Executie Assistant | New York City | $125K base

A leading investment management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its growing Investment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a collaborative investment environment and work closely with senior professionals in a fast-paced, global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and proactively coordinate meetings across multiple time zones

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, offsites, and special events

• Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and accommodations

• Prepare and submit expense reports and review/approve expenses on behalf of the team

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Provide cross-coverage and backup support to other Executive Assistants and leadership teams

• Assist with ad hoc projects and special initiatives for the team and broader firm leadership

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology to create efficiencies

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience in a complex, professional environment;
  investment management experience preferred

• Bachelors degree required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion

• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute changes

• Ability to work 4+ days per week in the NYC office under the firm's current hybrid policy
