Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Strategy Analysts .

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process.

Once approved, Capital Strategy Analysts:

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

• Gain access to real deal flow and paid strategic analytical work

• Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live capital transactions

• Contribute to capital allocation, transaction structuring, and investment decision support

• Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:
Senior Capital Strategy Analyst · Lead Capital Strategy Analyst · Capital Strategy Analyst / Associate

Analyst Levels & Pay RangesSenior Capital Strategy Analyst

• Rating Score: 90–100

• Pay: $150–200/hour

• Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction and capital strategy experience

Lead Capital Strategy Analyst

• Rating Score: 80–89

• Pay: $100–150/hour

• Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in deal execution, modeling, or transaction support

Capital Strategy Analyst / Associate

• Rating Score: 60–79

• Pay: $50–100/hour

• Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical, financial, and analytical performance

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Capital Strategy Analysts may be engaged for:

Capital Analysis & Financial Modeling

• 3-statement financial models

• Capital structure and funding scenario analysis

• Commercial real estate and private asset underwriting

• DCF, LBO, and returns-based modeling

• Sensitivity and downside risk analysis

• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

• Football field and valuation summary materials

Transaction & Capital Strategy Support

• Investment thesis and capital deployment analysis

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) support

• Commercial, operational, and financial diligence

• Risk assessment and mitigation analysis

• Investment memo, IC deck, and data room support

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning

• Complete the Capital Strategy Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training

• Receive category-specific approvals (Capital Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence, Transaction Support)

• Get verified on the platform

• Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors within the Initio Sphere ecosystem.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each Capital Strategy Analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines:

• Platform visibility

• Approved work categories

• Recommended hourly rates

Compensation & Deal Terms

• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees

• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

• Solicit securities

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work is limited to analytical, strategic, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
