Work Environment\n

Our telehealth facility allows counselors to work remotely while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their unique psychological and emotional care needs.

• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions focused on emotional challenges associated with aging, including grief, loss, and life transitions.

• Regularly document treatment progress, interventions, and adjustments for each client, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and confidential client information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
