Medical Director - Rehabilitation Medicine Job Details:
• Serve as Medical Director for a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility
• Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies
• Collaborate with CEO and entire clinical team to provide medical direction
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations
• Work with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission requirements
• Care for diverse patient population with complex needs including stroke, brain injury, orthopedic conditions, and spinal cord injury
• Work in team-driven environment focused on clinical excellence and outcomes
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling
• Access to latest technology and medical director training and support
