A small, multi-faceted South Central Pennsylvania firm is looking for an organized, motivated,

- Telephone Etiquette listening and responding appropriately
- Effective communicator verbally and written (correspondence, emails, etc.), including correct punctuation, proper grammar, and professional tone
- Adept at storing and retrieving files physically and on a computer
- Transcription from dictated information
- Bookkeeping experience writing checks, making deposits, reconciling accounts using company software
- Familiarity with financial accounting, and tax software a plus, but not required
- Transcribing

Administrative Assistant
A small, multi-faceted South Central Pennsylvania firm is looking for an organized, motivated,
and detail oriented administrative person to assist in managing three businesses under one roof.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation for three businesses.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying.
- Transcribing correspondence from dictation.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Bookkeeping experience writing checks, making deposits, reconciling accounts using company software
- Familiarity with financial accounting, and tax software a plus, but not required
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:

Work Hours and benefits:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Comprehensive benefit package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. xhqgsiq
- Eligible for company profit sharing plan after one year of employment.
- Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
$19.37 per hour
