Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operation of the Ford service lane
  • Manage, coach, and hold service advisors accountable
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
  • Monitor and improve CSI/customer satisfaction performance
  • Drive advisor productivity, sales performance, and repair order quality
  • Ensure customers receive timely and accurate communication throughout the repair process
  • Review open repair orders and prevent unnecessary aging
  • Improve maintenance, repair, and recommended-service presentation
  • Ensure MPIs are completed, communicated, and followed up properly
  • Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Monitor appointment volume, advisor capacity, waiters, carryovers, and workflow
  • Work closely with the Service Director, shop leadership, parts department, BDC, and technicians
  • Maintain high standards for appearance, professionalism, and process execution throughout the service drive
  • Use dealership reporting and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve results
