Ford Service Lane Manager Parks Ford of Gainesville Parks Ford of Gainesville is looking for an experienced, high-performing Service Lane Manager to lead our service drive. This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for a proven automotive service professional who understands how to lead advisors, drive production, protect the customer experience, and hold a team accountable to high standards. We want a top player — someone competitive, organized, driven, and comfortable being measured by results. What We Are Looking For The right candidate will have:
- Proven automotive service management or senior service advisor experience
- Ford dealership experience strongly preferred

- Monitor appointment volume, advisor capacity, waiters, carryovers, and workflow
