Staff Game Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Staff Game Specialist will create software for procedural generation of realistic 3D environments using real-world data, collaborating closely with Pipeline and AI/ML teams to enhance the production process. Key responsibilities Develop procedural generation software compatible with Unreal, Unity, and raw mesh output based on semantic data Tackle technical challenges to optimize visual quality and performance in game engines on standard hardware Collaborate with leadership to align on the product vision and contribute to the design of a game environment-compatible data pipeline Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience in a high-growth tech environment, particularly in gaming Proficiency in Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar game engines, with experience in real-time 3D graphics and gameplay features Strong programming skills in C# and Python, with the ability to utilize these languages for software development and automation Experience with procedural generation tools such as Houdini or Unreal Engine's PCG is highly preferred
