Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their specific mental health needs are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• No past disciplinary actions on your license, demonstrating a professional and ethical practice.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, their families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a significant sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding.
