Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of seniors’ psychosocial needs by evaluating their emotional, mental, and social circumstances.

• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, customizing interventions to meet specific goals and needs.

• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support to seniors as they navigate various life transitions such as retirement, health changes, and loss.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
