Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Unity Point Behavioral Health Services, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across the lifespan, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Manage your client appointments, ensuring a well-organized calendar that accommodates the needs of your clients while adhering to administrative requirements.

• Utilize our billing service to handle claims processing, as well as client and insurance accounts receivable, allowing you to focus on client care instead of administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights, discuss complex cases, and cultivate a positive learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals and couples from varying backgrounds and age groups, who present a wide range of clinical issues. Qualifications\n

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Our benefits include:
