Full-Time Licensed Therapist for Family and Individual Counseling

Work Environment

This role offers a fully remote work setting with flexible scheduling options, allowing you to balance personal commitments while meeting client needs. To accommodate our clients’ busy lives, some evening and weekend availability may be required. You will be part of a collaborative outpatient clinic team that prioritizes communication and coordinated care, ensuring an optimal environment for both clinicians and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and set specific, measurable goals in collaboration with clients, reviewing progress regularly.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, to foster healing and resilience.
• Collaborate with psychiatry staff and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and synchronized patient care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, as needed to address urgent client situations.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support group gatherings focused on community building and shared learning.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy sessions as per ethical and legal standards, ensuring high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Currently licensed in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits
