What You'll Actually Be Doing Introducing yourself and Panhandle to new referral partners — in person, not just by email Having real conversations to understand what a partner needs from a restoration vendor Showing up at industry and networking events where these relationships are made Keeping every contact, conversation, and opportunity organized in CRM Working a structured weekly plan instead of chasing whatever comes up Checking in on existing partners consistently, not just when you need something Handing off active projects cleanly to the operations team This is still sales. Relationships open the door, but you're expected to walk through it, follow up, and produce results. Experience working with property managers, insurance professionals, adjusters, plumbers, contractors, or commercial property owners is valuable — but not required. Restoration industry experience is not required. Panhandle will train you on the technical side. What matters more is whether you're someone people trust quickly.
