Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' needs through thorough examinations and history-taking, tailoring individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Deliver hands-on interventions and therapies, maintaining a patient load of one client per hour to ensure every session is effective and focused.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance mobility and function in your clients.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Stay engaged in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow practitioners and healthcare teams to enrich patient care outcomes.
• Monitor and assess treatment efficacy, making data-driven adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and self-management strategies to aid in recovery and promote long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our clients range from active adults to seniors, all seeking to regain their movement and improve their quality of life. Tailoring therapy approaches to each individual's unique needs is vital to their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• The ability to work autonomously while also being a productive team member.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment is preferred, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits
