This full-time position will support our clinical efforts in providing exceptional care to patients, working closely with physicians and other health professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.**Responsibilities:*** Perform history reviews, physical exams, and assessments to develop individualized patient care plans.* Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient health needs and make informed decisions.* Provide prescriptions, administer medications, and offer health education to patients.* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive care plans.* Use clinical judgment to initiate emergency treatments in accordance with office protocols, consulting with physicians as necessary.* Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, State Board of Nursing, and Federal DEA regulations.* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and follow-ups.* Participate in required training programs and adhere to all MSBP policies, procedures, and applicable laws.* Work Environment: While the hospital environment is always required, a combination of office, remote, and hospital-based work may be offered.
