Our client, an Information Technology company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. This role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
In this position, you will facilitate meetings to gather requirements, document processes, and help identify opportunities for improvement. You will also assist in the development of project plans and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
