Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, offering a flexible work structure to support your work-life balance. Our outpatient office serves as the foundation for our collaborative therapeutic community, where therapists and clients engage in meaningful work. The current operational hours for the role are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a structured yet supportive work routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, aspirations, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Track and monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT role focuses on engaging with a diverse patient population experiencing various mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
