About Us
Pool Water Products, a family owned business founded in 1968, proudly serves as a premier wholesale distributor for the pool and spa industry. Pool Water Products is currently hiring for an Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting Department at our Corporate Headquarters. This full-time position within a highly efficient accounting team offers both challenge and reward for an individual experienced in accounting. Extensive training and ongoing support are provided to ensure your success.

Responsibilities include:
- • Performing balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
- • Preparing revenue reports and financial summaries
- • Managing accounts receivable, cash, and credit card receipts
- • Completing bank reconciliations
- • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports
- • Assisting with special projects as required
Requirements/Qualifications:
- • Two years of college coursework in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- • Advanced PC skills, including Excel and Word
- • Strong work ethic and reliability
- • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- • Detail-oriented with a commitment to 100% accuracy
