As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet tools to document activities. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Wed 02:30 PM - 06:30 PM Thur 02:30 PM - 06:30 PM Fri 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Sat 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including business areas, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas. Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts. Assist with maintaining an orderly environment and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence and adherence to site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
