This role ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative workflow. Key Responsibilities: Maintain physician contact database. Organize and process referrals and authorizations. Send and receive documents via fax/email. Communicate with medical offices to obtain updates. Provide timely status updates to supervisors. Independently manage assigned administrative tasks. Daily Workflow Expectations: Monitor email, fax, and task systems daily. Track pending referrals, authorizations, and documentation. Provide updates throughout the day. Maintain accurate patient tracking systems. Position Requirements: Full-time availability. Strong organization and accountability. Ability to work independently. Effective communication and teamwork. Qualifications: Professional communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Comfort with web-based systems and technology.
