Guest Care Associate at Katya Young Studios Job Description Katya Young Studios is a growing facial massage and skincare studio in Manhattan. We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive person who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and knows how to keep things running smoothly. What You'll Do Create a warm, seamless client experience from arrival through checkout. Manage appointments, calls, texts, emails, confirmations, rescheduling, waitlists, and rebooking. Learn our treatments and skincare to confidently answer questions and make recommendations. Process payments and maintain accurate client records. Help keep the daily schedule full and running efficiently. Support the team with daily studio operations, inventory, reports, and organization. Occasionally assist with studio projects and behind-the-scenes content. Who We're Looking For Someone who is: Organized, dependable, and highly detail-oriented. Warm and confident with clients. Proactive and comfortable solving problems independently. Able to prioritize and stay calm in a busy environment. Quick to learn new systems and comfortable with sales. Responsible enough to double-check when unsure rather than make assumptions. Experience in hospitality, beauty, wellness, retail, reception, or another client-facing role is preferred.
