Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Soni ispartnering with an established organization seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support high-volume, multi-state payroll and day-to-day benefits administration.


This is a hands-on processing role responsible for weekly payroll for approximately 500-600 employees.


The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in the details of payroll, including timecards, commissions, deductions, employee changes, and reconciliations.


Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 500-600 employees

• Review and approve timecards

• Process commissions, deductions, 401(k) changes, and other payroll adjustments

• Manage new hires, terminations, and employee changes within the payroll system

• Support multi-state payroll processing and compliance

• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies

• Process benefits enrollments and employee changes

• Assist with open enrollment

• Reconcile benefit invoices and payroll deductions

• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records

• Hands-on payroll processing experience

• Experience with weekly payroll

• Multi-state payroll experience

• Experience supporting a larger employee population

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• ADP Workforce Now experience

• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees

• Benefits administration experience

• Payroll reconciliation experience
