Responsible for daily workouts and scheduling. Assist with Recruiting Potential student-athletes. Job Duties Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the Throwing Events Responsible for completing daily workouts and scheduling Assist with recruiting, evaluation and retention of qualified student-athletes Completes administrative tasks, maintain student athletes statistics Assist with driving students to and from meets and for recruiting Assists with team equipment; academic monitoring; logistics Provide regular feedback on student-athletes progress Assist with Home Meets Requested Minimum Qualifications Education The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university. Experience At least 1 year of coaching experience with throwing events or competitive experience as a collegiate athlete is required. Other Preferences for Consideration Preferences A Master’s Degree is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to lift and move equipment. Analyze Technique on Training and Meet videos.
