Role Description Responsibilities Accounts payable responsibilities primarily to start with: processing invoices in Jotform/Acumatica, enforcing timely approvals with PMs. Prepare journal entries for posting Assist Senior Accountant with month-end close Eventual responsibilities once familiar with software including but not limited to vendor compliance (maintaining current COIs), accounts receivable duties, job costing tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience preferred Knowledge of job costing/construction industry accounting requirements ERP experience preferred (Acumatica experience is a plus) Aligns with company values: adaptable, efficient, creative, has integrity, and works hard.
