Fabricator

Role Description Full‑time, on‑site Fabricator position located in Mt. Joy, PA. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Measure and cut metal components. Assemble and weld parts. Perform inspections for quality. Operate fabrication machinery safely and maintain tools and workspaces. Collaborate with team members on project timelines and objectives. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain precise craftsmanship to meet production standards. Qualifications Proficiency in blueprint reading, technical drawings interpretation, and material measurement. Experience with metal cutting, welding, and fabrication techniques. Knowledge of and ability to operate fabrication machinery and tools with precision and safety. Attention to detail, quality assurance, and ability to inspect finished products. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field is highly desirable.
