Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage their symptoms and foster personal growth.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and community among clients, focusing on topics relevant to their experiences and recovery journeys.

• Engage in family counseling sessions that involve family members in the therapeutic process, promoting understanding and communication amongst family units.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and update personalized treatment plans based on each client's progress, needs, and feedback.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, offering timely support and resources to clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain detailed and secure documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate actively in clinical meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions, sharing insights and best practices to improve client outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.
