Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, setting clear and measurable treatment goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for clients.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
