Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal

Health, dental, and vision insurance available on Day One Additional voluntary benefit options, including STD, LTD, and supplemental life insurance Firm-paid $10,000 life insurance policy available upon hire $251 per pay period company stipend to help offset elected benefit costs 14 days of PTO available upon hire 401(k) and profit-sharing opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Collaborative, team-oriented culture with long-term growth opportunities Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury trial work Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation deadlines Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materials Proficient in case management software, including Filevine or similar platforms Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills with both clients and attorneys Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses Manage case files, court deadlines, and compliance with court orders Coordinate depositions, expert scheduling, and court filings Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and trial materials Support trial efforts, including courtroom preparation and case organization Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy Review and organize medical records, treatment updates, and case documentation Participate in case reviews and provide litigation support throughout the life of the case Assist with settlement closings, lien reductions, and post-settlement tasks Maintain accurate case management and data entry within Filevine At Alvarez Gower Injury Law ( we are building something intentional — a firm rooted in empathy, preparation, accountability, and relentless advocacy, without sacrificing culture or sustainability.
