Your Role Awaits

• Conduct essential and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other specialtiesaccording to established procedures.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot anomalies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for examination as necessary.
• Document procedures meticulously, mentor newcomers, and ensure laboratory quality standards are consistently upheld.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment while strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Current certification must be maintained throughout your tenure.
