- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Austin-Round Rock area, expanding client base and market presence.
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Utilize provided leads to effectively close sales, contributing to the team's overall success and revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our unique value propositions and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions are established and upheld.
- Experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction industry, to effectively engage with the client base.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Strong negotiation skills to establish and uphold mutually beneficial contracts and agreements.
- Proficiency in conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver compelling sales presentations.
