Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address their unique needs.

• Collaborate as a key member of a multidisciplinary team to identify treatment plans, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and crisis interventions to evaluate the current mental health status of clients and ensure appropriate services are in place.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, actively linking clients with community resources and services, and facilitating communication among clients, family members, and other providers.

• Participate in the development and execution of safety protocols to prevent and address any unsafe situations that may arise during treatment.

• Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, including timely completion of reports and data submissions.

• Provide on-call support and coverage as needed, understanding the importance of availability in a crisis-oriented setting.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in committees aimed at improving service delivery and quality assurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
